February 10th was a sad day in Ottawa…. Ottawa’s Plasco Energy Group filed for creditor protection and eliminated 80 jobs in nation’s capital, in an effort to restructure. Biweekly garbage pickup has started in Ottawa. This is expected to save the City of Ottawa about 10 million dollars and will curb the growth of the Carp road landfill significantly.
